				| Project Scope:
				A conceptual site layout was
				prepared for a 340-acre industrial park site.  The plan included
				the preliminary sizing and location of primary and secondary
				roadways, industrial lots ranging from 0.5 acre to over 10 acres
				in size, and primary drainage channels and settling ponds.  The
				project involved a brief evaluation of site characteristics, a
				review of existing Hawaii county development standards, and the
				negotiation of proposed design concepts and standards with local
				public works representatives |
