				| Project Scope:
				The
project required an evaluation of potential wastewater flows for
the Aua-Anasosopo Sewer Extension Project, on the Island of
Tutuila, American Samoa.  PPC examined recent relevant water
meter records to determine recent changes in land use.  PPC also
revised wastewater generation rates for specific types of land
uses in the areas of Atuu, Leloaloa, and Aua-Anasosopo.  PPC
forecasted future population growth and related land use
expansion that is expected to occur in these areas during the
period between 2005 and 2020.  The completion of these tasks
allowed PPC to forecast average daily water demand and average
daily wastewater flows for the study area. | | |
