| Scope of Services The future growth of communities
is, in part, dependent upon the availability of land to support
future land use expansion.  Housing and other types of land use
assessments are occasionally made by municipal, county and state
agencies to determine the future demand or need for various
types of land uses, evaluate potential barriers to private and
public investment, as well as recommend what strategies can be
pursued to attract the future development of housing,
commercial, industrial or public facilities. Experience PPC has completed various housing master plans and other land
use assessments for various smaller communities in the Rocky
Mountain and Intermountain regions of the United States.  Some
examples of our firm’s experience can be reviewed by clicking on
the following links to more specific project descriptions.
