| Scope of Services Conceptual site and facility
plans are often prepared to enable private investors or public
agencies to determine general design concepts, design criteria,
and order-of-magnitude costs for subsequent project
development. The preparation of conceptual site and facility
plans by the firm is often accompanied by a master plan report
that outlines the rationale for site and facility design, as
well as recommended design criteria.
